Delivery Information

Hoverboardpro provides FREE Next Day Delivery to Mainland UK Via DPD to your doorstep or it can also be sent to your nearest DPD collection point. 

We guarantee same-day shipping on orders placed before 3 pm and deliver the Next Working Day. All our items are Tracked & Signed along with a one-hour time slot for delivery.

Please note that non-Mainland UK orders will take two days for items to be delivered and may be chargeable.

Extra charges for BT KW IM PA and Island delivery to this following postcode can take 2 working days, please make sure you select the right shipping categories at the checkout.

We also send to Ireland at extra cost, there might be custom chargers but we will make sure we reduce the price of the item, so you don’t pay much.

Under normal circumstances, your Item(s) will ship from our UK warehouse Same day of your payment clearing. We only ship Monday through Friday.

Orders placed after 4 pm on Friday through Sunday will ship the next working day 

General Terms

All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of the time of an order. All products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight on Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. In case of shipping damage, the customer should contact us immediately, so we can promptly file a damage claim with the carrier and expedite a replacement. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Hoverboard Pro within 36 hours. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may have slight cosmetic differences.

Change of mind

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

If you wish to cancel your order after the item has been dispatched, you will need to refuse the delivery so that we can get the item back without you paying for the return. If you accept the order after you have contacted us to cancel your order, you will be able to send the item back to us before we can issue you full refund.

Items Damaged During Transit

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days by calling 01617060965, or by email at service@hoverboardpro If you do not contact us within this time period, your damage claim may be denied by the carrier. The customer assumes all responsibility for the damaged item before it is picked up by the corresponding carrier agents.

Return Policy

Once an order has been cancelled or returned for a refund the process can take up to 28 working days. Please note we only accept returns from the person who brought the item(s). Please note if the item has been used or is damaged then we will not issue a refund, the item will be repaired under the 12 months warranty policy or replaced if deemed to have a manufacturer’s fault.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@hoverboardpro.co.uk

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty when delivered you will need to inform us via e-mail (service@hoverboardpro.co.uk) or telephone 01617060965

As part of the diagnostic process prior to the items being returned to us, we will request pictures and/or videos via email that will help us to determine the fault.  This process must be followed for your reported faulty items to be dealt with.
Please note a repair or replacement may take up to 30 working days from the original date the item(s) were received.
If you have an item that you think is faulty then please use our reset and troubleshooting section within the troubleshooting section in the user manual which can be accessed on our website.
If the problem is not resolved by the following troubleshooting guide, then please refer to the section below. Please read the User Manual that your item(s) come with for further information and guidance.

Damage caused by Transit

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if the goods purchased are found to be damaged upon arrival and are proven not to be the fault of the customer, we will provide either a replacement or refund. This is provided we have first examined the item to check for any faults or damages.

Only the basic delivery charge will be refunded if it has been paid originally. If you choose to cancel your order at this point, you will receive a full refund with the basic delivery cost included. Please note it can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed once we have received your consignment.

Wrong or damaged item received

If you’ve received the wrong item, you must return the item in the same condition you received it in within 14 days to qualify for a replacement of the original order placed. If the item is slightly different to the description provided on our website, please refer to the ‘Product Descriptions’ section. For damaged item(s), please contact us via email at service@hoverboardpro.co.uk or telephone within 24 hours of receiving the item. You will need to report the damage and provide pictures/videos of the damage. Please contact us first before returning any items, as any items returned without notification will be rejected. Do not attempt to fix a faulty or damaged item as this will void the warranty. In the event of the above scenario, we will not accept any returns.

Items not received

Please accept our apologies if you have not received your item. Before contacting us please leave a reasonable amount of time to allow your delivery to arrive (up to 3 days), our estimated delivery times are shown on our couriers tracking page, this information can be obtained by emailing us at service@hoverboardpro.co.uk.  Delivery may be delayed by couriers due to busy periods such as Christmas or Easter, or adverse weather conditions. To receive a refund or a replacement product you must allow 7 days from the order date for the delivery to be complete before it can be deemed to be lost, however, any claims after 7 days from the order date will be rejected.
